David Crowe
General Manager
Originally from Kansas City, David Crowe first discovered his passion for the hospitality industry as a 16-year-old working as a busser at a local brewery. This initial curiosity turned into a storied career, working over the past 15 years in several capacities, from running award-winning wine and beverage programs to working as a Sous Chef to restaurant operations.
David joined Frasca Hospitality Group in early 2021, beginning at Tavernetta before moving to Frasca Food and Wine in May 2023 as Assistant General Manager. Now, he proudly steps into the role of opening General Manager at Osteria Alberico.
