Trevor Burt, a Colorado Springs native, brings a lifetime of culinary passion and nearly two decades of professional experience to his role as Sous Chef at Osteria Alberico. His journey began at a young age, learning to cook under the guidance of his parents, which sparked his love for Northern Italian cuisine.
Trevor has honed his skills at top restaurants, including Café Monarch, Barolo Grill, Lola Coastal Mexican, and Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar. He has led large teams, managed all facets of back-of-house operations, and created innovative menus, always with a focus on sustainability and fresh, local ingredients. Trevor believes in creating a culture of value for both guests and staff, where exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence go hand in hand.
Outside the kitchen, Trevor enjoys climbing, snowboarding, and recreational shooting, embodying the adventurous spirit of his Colorado roots. His dedication to his craft and his passion for Italian cuisine make him a valued member of the Osteria Alberico team.
